Inventory information
Listings, prices, photos, descriptions, specifications, quantities, and availability are provided for convenience and may change without notice. Inventory can sell quickly. Call or text us to confirm that an item is still available before traveling to the yard.
No online checkout
This website is an inventory and information site, not an online shopping cart. A listing, form submission, text message, or financing inquiry does not reserve an item or create a completed sale unless we separately agree to the transaction.
Condition and inspection
Equipment and attachments may be new, used, or previously handled. Buyers should inspect the item and confirm fitment, hydraulic requirements, dimensions, condition, and suitability for their intended machine and job before purchase. Any warranty or return rights must be stated in the written sale terms.
Financing
Financing, when available, is provided or arranged through third-party providers. Approval, rates, terms, down payments, payment amounts, and credit decisions are controlled by the financing provider, not Upstate Attachments.
Delivery and loading
Pickup, loading, and delivery are subject to scheduling, equipment availability, site access, distance, and any separately agreed delivery charge. See the Delivery Information page for general guidance.
Sell to Us submissions
Submitting photos or equipment information does not guarantee that we will buy or trade for an item. Any offer is subject to review, inspection, ownership verification, condition, and mutually agreed terms.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or use site content in a way that violates applicable law or another party's rights.
Changes and written transaction terms
We may update these website terms from time to time. If a signed invoice, bill of sale, financing document, or other written transaction document conflicts with these general website terms, the transaction-specific written document controls for that transaction.
